The mission of New Horizon Church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of Northeast Polk County. We share our gifts through creating intentional space each time we gather that people may have an experience with their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We share our gifts through yearly community outreach events. We share our gifts through our prayer chain and hospital/shut-in/homebound visitation ministries which are the lifelines to keeping our congregation connected and integrated with one another. We share our gifts through our presence in the community by supporting our church's food pantries, which serve the hungry and needy in our very midst. Come join us as we move toward God's new and exciting future horizons. We embrace our rich Methodist heritage that unites Christian teachings with practical ways to engage socially conscientious and modern ideals. We strive to connect God's story with each individual's story through challenging but practical ways to grow us in our Christian walk of faith.
